Agape Institute (AI) is a Bible-based educational institute where Jesus Christ is the ultimate foundation and sole authority for the understanding of the entirety of the Holy Scriptures.
Our college is a support arm of the Worldwide Missions Outreach program of the Apostolic Church of God 7th Day in Langley, BC, Canada.
The Apostolic Church of God 7th Day was founded and incorporated in the province of British Columbia on October 15, 1953 by Edward and Evelyn Saunders. Since their passing away, the church had several pastors, but in 2017 the church anointed and elected pastor Oswald Grant as their new Pastor. Since then, the church has grown and has now two new pastors, Pastor Aaron Kumar and Pastor Pranil Mani.
ACOG 7th Day is a non-denominational Sabbath-keeping church which believes Sola Scriptura—that the Bible is the sole authority for doctrine.
We believe that our heavenly Father left us instructions in His word in order to lead us and guide us in this life and get ready for the God’s soon coming kingdom.
We are a member-run church that is uninhibited by denominational legislation and therefore free to be led by God’s spirit into all truth.
“Though we do set forth certain tenets of faith as being fundamental and essential to salvation and church administration, we do not believe in formulating a Church Creed or Catechism, for we learn from the example of other religious bodies that this has been the obstacle in growing in grace and in the knowledge of truth. We recognize God’s gracious hand in the restoration of all truth to the remnant church which is to be the bride without spot or wrinkle (Ephesians 5:26-27).”
